Dima Kondratev

Dima Kondratev is an executive manager with proven entrepreneurial skills, a scientist and a professional educator.

He has built an outstanding 25-year career in education – from part-time teaching to building from scratch the first internationally recognized Russian university focused on computer science, information technology, software engineering and robotics. Kondratev served as VP for strategic growth in the early years of Constructor group, formerly known as the Schaffhausen Institute and Technology, and is currently advisor to the president of Constructor University.

He is also the co-founder of Getcoder.io, an HR-tech start-up helping businesses worldwide hire software developers. Kondratev holds a Ph.D. in theoretical and mathematical physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
